Refund policy
Failed generation
If a video generation is confirmed failed, the reserved 10 credits are restored automatically. A provider submission with an unknown outcome is reconciled before a retry.
Payment refunds
For duplicate purchases, undelivered orders or a material technical issue, contact support@aicryingeffect.com with the order ID. We review the order and respond by email. An approved payment refund goes to the original payment method and adjusts the credit balance.

Checkout and confirmation
One-time video packs are available through Whop. A successful return-page visit alone does not confirm payment; credits are added after server verification.
