Terms and acceptable use
Permission and eligibility
You must be an adult and use your own photo or have permission from the adult pictured. No celebrity, public figure or minor photos. You must hold the rights needed to upload your photo and use the resulting video.
Acceptable use
Do not use outputs to fabricate real suffering, harass, impersonate or deceive other people. Outputs are creative AI depictions and must not be presented as evidence of actual events. Keep the AI-generated disclosure when sharing a clip.
Prohibited content
Do not upload, request, generate or distribute pornography, sexually explicit or NSFW content; graphic violence or gore; threats, hate speech or discriminatory abuse; child sexual abuse material or any sexualization, exploitation or unsafe depiction of children; deceptive deepfakes, identity fraud or impersonation without permission; or material that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy or publicity rights. This adults-only service does not accept images of minors.
Safety review and reporting
Our generation providers apply their safety checks and may reject inputs or generation requests. A provider rejection is not approval for another prohibited use. We can review reported misuse and associated account or job records. Report abuse or a rights concern to support@aicryingeffect.com with a job ID or relevant URL; do not send passwords or card information. We assess reports and take appropriate action.
Violations and termination
Where necessary and lawful, violations can result in a warning, restricted requests, removal of unlawful content, suspension of service or termination of account access. Serious or repeated abuse can result in immediate restriction. Payment refunds and unused paid credits are handled under our refund policy and applicable law; reporting abuse does not itself authorize a charge or confiscation of credits.
Credits and delivery
One standard 8-second 720p video uses 10 credits. Credits from one-time packs do not expire. A confirmed failed generation restores reserved credits. Download completed clips within 7 days.
Output limits
Identity and expression may vary. Provider review can reject a photo. We do not guarantee social engagement, exact facial fidelity or a fixed delivery time.
Payments
Checkout uses Whop. One-time packs have no recurring charge. Test credits and free previews have no cash value.
